All our items are custom made. Order delivery within Sweden is 4-6 weeks.

When your order is ready for dispatch you will be contacted by us or our logistics partners.
Home delivery are delivered to the main entrance of your building or estate (or as near as a delivery truck can get). Small packages are also shipped with DHL and delivered to your door. In either case our shipping partner will contact you well before delivery to make a delivery appointment.
Delivery costs for Sweden will be offered with DHL Home Delivery for an additional cost depending on the location - Costs will vary from 395kr-495kr.
International orders vary in price and may take longer to ship depending on location.

Cancelation & Changes
You can cancel or change your order free of charge within 24h after you place an order at our webbshop.
If you cancel or change your order after 24h , we will charge a cancellation fee of 20% - the value of the cancelled item(s) since the product is now in production and is made especially for you. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to change your order to check if an exception can be made (if not in production yet).
The refund will go back onto the same card you used to place the order with us, and will be paid back to you via a return transaction. Your refund should appear almost immediately, but it can vary depending on the bank and type of card you've used.
If you feel that your not as in love as you thought, as a customer you have 2 days to change your mind from the day you receive your item. You may return the item for an exchange or a refund. The customer is responsible for the return costs. Please note that only items in their original packaging can be replaced, therefore it's a good idea to keep the packaging until you are sure of your purchase. We do however hope that it won't be necessary and you'll love your Mimosa item!
